This system primarily consists of:

  • Material Conveying System

  • Powder Batching System

  • Mixing System

  • Moisture Content Adjustment System

Processing Target: Industrial solid waste (iron tailings, alkali residues, etc.)
Output: Subgrade materials and construction aggregates




System Details

① High-Viscosity Material Batching System

  • Mechanical arch-breaking mechanism to prevent material blockage.

  • Resonant sliding plate arch-breaking device with high-polymer anti-sticking lining inside the batching hopper.

② High-Speed Shearing Mixing System

  • Mixing shaft lined with anti-sticking high-polymer material.

  • Host chamber lined with high-polymer anti-stick plates to prevent material adhesion.

③ Quantitative Feeding System

  • Equipped with US-imported digital signal sensors (anti-interference, long-term precision stability).

  • Omron speed encoder (Japan) for precise speed measurement.

④ Moisture Content Adjustment System

  • Online near-infrared moisture monitoring on conveyor belts.

  • Integrated water supply system for real-time moisture control (accuracy: ±0.1%).

⑤ Powder Supply System

  • Dual-chamber independent design with simultaneous feeding and pneumatic replenishment.

  • Dedicated silos for fly ash, cement, and additives (top dust collectors to prevent secondary pollution).

Key parameters:

  • Single hopper capacity: 15 m³

  • Liner thickness: 30 mm

  • Feeder bandwidth: 1000 mm (length: 32 m)
