Ex-Situ Soil Mixing Device
In soil remediation projects, point-shaped and dispersed contaminated sites often appear in industrial plants. To meet the needs of such projects, our company independently developed a set of small, mobile ex-situ soil disposal equipment that integrates feeding, dosing, mixing, and control systems.
For semi-volatile pollutants or heavy metal pollutants, solidification/stabilization technology, biological treatment technology, chemical oxidation/reduction technology, etc. can be used for decentralized treatment.

This set of ex-situ soil treatment equipment consists of soil metering unit, powder agent metering unit, liquid agent dosing unit, mixing unit, output unit, electronic control unit, and a hydraulic drive unit (drilling rig EP2000+).

1) Soil pollution caused by sudden accidents and industrial agglomeration areas;
2) The amount of contaminated soil treated at a single contamination site is small;
3) The pollutants are semi-volatile pollutants or heavy metal pollutants;
4) Applicable remediation technologies include solidification / stabilization, biological treatment, and chemical oxidation/reduction;
5) Soil moisture content ≤ 30%;
Contaminated soil treatment capacity | 0-2.5t/h |
Drug metering error | ≤±0.9% |
External dimensions (length x width x height) | 2440mm×2800mm×3300mm |
Total Power | 7kW |
Total weight | 1.6t |
Power requirements | The drilling rig EP2000+ provides hydraulic power, the generator set provides power. |
1) Highly integrated design, with compact modular components, which significantly improves the efficiency of hoisting and transportation. Fast response speed, suitable for emergency remediation scenarios of contaminated sites.
2) Adopts stainless steel anti-corrosion structure, the core contact surface is treated with special coating to achieve long-term protection in strong acid/alkaline environment; the fully enclosed anti-leakage system eliminates secondary pollution, and the human-computer interaction interface simplifies the operation process.
3) Integrate high-precision metering pumps with flow and tension sensors (error rate ≤ ±0.9%) to break the limitations of traditional extensive dosing.
4) Dynamic matching of agent dosage and soil pollution concentration is achieved through PID closed-loop control, which can reduce remediation costs.
